By creating an account and/or placing an order, you are accepting the terms and conditions as outlined here.

Shipping:

• Any gross discrepancies between the actual shipping cost and the amount you paid will be refunded.
• Packages will be shipped by USPS First Class or Priority mail.
• Insurance will be required for any order that totals over $30.00. If your package is insured and arrives damaged, or with some of the contents missing, you MUST keep all of the packaging to present to the Post Office when you make a claim. Please contact me if you need a copy of the insurance receipt.
• Orders over $150.00 will have signature confirmation added at my expense.
• Packages are shipped three times per week, Monday through Friday only.

Payment:

• MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and e-checks can be processed through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit or debit card. PayPal e-checks must clear before packages are shipped.
  
• GoogleCheckout has now been added as an option for credit card payments.
  
• I also accept checks and money orders, but orders may be held until your payment clears. The customer is responsible for any fees incurred from returned checks due to insufficient funds. Mailed payments must be received within 10 days, or the order will be canceled.
  
• Texas residents must pay 6.25% sales tax.

International Orders:

• There are many countries that I will not ship to due to a high rate of packages being lost or delivery times that consistently exceed expectations in those countries. You will need to contact me to find out if I will ship to your particular country.
• If you are in Canada and would like to place an order, please go to the Contact Us page and send a detailed list of items that you would like to order and include your shipping address and e-mail address. I will let you know how much shipping charges are.
• International orders that are to be paid through the mail must be paid with an international money order. I cannot accept checks or money orders drawn from foreign banks.
• Packages to Canada will be sent by either First Class or Priority mail through USPS. Orders over $30 will require Priority shipping so that your order can be insured. Priority shipping will be required for orders sent to any other country.
• This site may contain products or references to products that cannot be shipped to your country. Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available to you. If you access and use this site outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations. Please see the International Mail Manual and Country Listings at USPS for information on restrictions for shipments. Duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs forms will not be marked "Gift" or have item values falsified.
  

Returns:

• Customers within the United States may return a purchase for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made on my part.
  
• Customers in other countries may return a purchase for a refund minus the shipping costs, unless an error was made on my part.
  
• U.S. purchases may be returned for up to 30 days from the purchase date. International purchases may be returned for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
  
• Returned products must be unopened and in the condition you received them.
  
• You must contact me prior to returning your purchase.

Misc:

• I do not have a printed catalog due to the constant change in availability of certain products.
  
• Any sales, specials, or discounts put into effect after your order was placed are not retroactive and will not apply to your order.
